Public Health, Sanitation and Hygiene

KIWOCEDU engages local communities in Public Health initiatives. We are engaged in vigorous sensitization against HIV/AIDS, taught communities how to combat the disease, especially women and girls. We engage communities to carryout voluntary HIV testing and to go for treatment and to adhere to treatment


KIWOCEDU Executive director Lorna training HIV counselors. Combating HIV Combating HIV Epidemic is one of KIWOCEDU core components .

We also engage in Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in communities and schools to reduce the occurrences of communicable diseases. We advocate for equitable efficient public health services access especially the rural power and the children. We always engage with stakeholders and communities and campaign for immunization against communicable diseases
